The fourth conference of the Second World Urbanity project was recently held at the Center for Urban History in Lviv. “Ins and Outs of Socialism: Visions and Experiences of Urban Change in the Second World” explored a range of cities as they entered or exited the socialist era over the course of the 20th century and up to the present.
